Mercedes-AMG GT Concept

With the Geneva Motor Show just around the corner, it is a not to stop with the teaser drip on the most relevant news and that we do not know yet. One of the last to be seen (at least in part) is the new Stuttgart cucumber: the Mercedes-AMG GT Concept.
The rear of the last creation of the star manufacturer can be seen on these lines and as far as we can see we guess a muscular sports four-seater and four doors that maybe ahead what could be the shooting brake version of the Mercedes-Benz CLS. A segment that is very fashionable lately and where no premium wants to stay out.
Leaving aside the elements more showcar like the huge diffuser with central exhaust outlet or the tires of grotesque diameter, the forms of the rear adopt the design of the latest sports cars of the house and throw it towards the future, with a few optics LEDs arranged horizontally and minimized as possible. Fluid lines that follow the latest trends of the brand.
Everything else that we could tell you would be nothing more than speculation, but it is possible that under the long hood is hidden the V8 4.0 biturbo that spends the Mercedes-AMG E63 we tested recently with 612 horsepower.
For now we will have to wait until they officially present it in Geneva, but it was clear that the Stuttgart were not going to let Porsche reign alone with the new Panamera Sport Tourism.
