Announced last August for the Pebble Beach Elegance Contest, along with the Aston Martin Zagato Speedster, the Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake is an exclusive Gran Turismo that will be manufactured only 99 units. And we can already contemplate its lines.
This creation of the Italian design studio Zagato is based on an Aston Martin Vanquish S, although the body is completely new, made of carbon fiber panels, and the roof has a very particular design, with areas of this light material and an elongated section of glass.

Despite its dimensions, it is a two-door two-door model that stands out for its forms in the rear, Shooting Brake style. The tailgate, for example, is electrically operated, so you can comfortably fit the set of travel cases that comes with the car.
The four variants of the Vanquish Zagato (Speedster, Coupé, Steering wheel and Shooting Brake), all with the atmospheric V12 engine of 6.0 liters and 600 hp, will be models of great exclusivity, although without doubt the Speedster is taken palm, of which they will be made only 28 units. For now we only know that Coupé and Steering wheel accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.5 and 3.9 seconds respectively, and for the moment the performance of the rest are a mystery.

Production of the Zagato Shooting Brake will begin next year 2018 and although the Italian bodybuilder has stated that he could manufacture many more units of these four models, it has been decided to limit the production of this quartet so special to 325 cars in total. Some customers, according to the brand, have already ordered one of each. Yes!
