In Europe, pick-up trucks may not be very popular, but in the United States, and especially in inland states, the number of pick-up vehicles that frequent the roads is overwhelming. Taking advantage of the upcoming Chicago Motor Show in February, Chevrolet will showcase a Midnight edition of its Chevrolet Silverado mastodon.
It is basically an edition that takes the black color as the protagonist, and is based on a Silverado Z71, which has to be black from the beginning, and which already includes off-road suspension, rear differential, lowering, etc. Chevrolet estimates to manufacture about 5,000 units of the 2015 model, all with double cabin, for an overprice of between 1,595 and 1,995 dollars, according to version.
The Midnight Edition adds extra black elements, such as grille, bumpers, headlight contours, body moldings, trailer eyebolts, 18-inch tires with Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac off-road tires, Chevrolet black logo front and rear , special Z71 badges on doors, etc ...
